About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at QIMA. This role focuses on developing sales strategies and managing customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain an objective and comprehensive sales strategy
- →Maintain, manage and grow existing accounts
- →Recover former/lost accounts
- →Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects periodically
- →Report weekly to the BDM and commercial director
- →Prepare and deliver company services presentations
- →Negotiate and close service proposals aimed to fulfill customer’s needs
- →Coordinate with other team members and departments the setup of new customers accounts
- →Closely monitor the performance of all accounts aiming to assure customer satisfaction and service recurrence
- →Maintain a close communication and develop strong relationships with all customers to seek new business opportunities aligned with company’s service offer
- →Follow up and manage all sales activities in company´s CRM system following the sales strategy
Requirements
