About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our operations team. This role involves supervising a team of analysts and ensuring key performance indicators are met.

Key Responsibilities

→Supervise a team of analysts to achieve or exceed targets and key performance indicators
→Assign and track team tasks as required by Operations Leader or Reporting Management
→Support necessary training for the analyst team on processes and/or specific accounts
→Track and guide On-Hold reports through team escalation emails and pending file
→Manage and support reports with validation issues (incidents), as well as escalations with the Account Manager (AM) team
→Handle assigned tasks related to reports, reports, and other activities as needed
→Randomly review completed reports to validate that processes were followed correctly
→Validate reports in source for extraordinary cases; support during peak seasons, new accounts, and others

Requirements

✓Experience in team leadership and supervision
✓Strong understanding of reporting processes and performance metrics
✓Ability to provide training and support to team members
✓Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✓Experience in handling report validation and incident management
✓The Team Lead will report directly to the Operations Leader and will be evaluated every 6 months.
