About the Role
We are seeking a Life Sciences Business Development Manager for North America to drive divisional revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies in the Cosmetics market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Cosmetics market in North America.
- →Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- →Define sales practices, objectives by sector, customer, and lead sales KPIs to streamline operations.
- →Hunt 20 new clients in our core business/year for Active ingredients and finished products.
- →Collaborate with teams to optimize product/service offerings based on market feedback.
- →Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- →Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- →Work closely with the divisional management team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- →Optimize the use of Zoho CRM.
- →Explore and adopt AI tools to improve activities.
- →Maintain personal relationships with the top 5 clients' key decision makers.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business development within the Life Sciences or Cosmetics industry.
- ✓Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- ✓Ability to define and lead sales practices and KPIs.
