About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join Quadcode, a fintech company specializing in financial brokerage and SaaS solutions for brokers. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to design and enhance user experiences for key product areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the design and UX for a key product area
- →Design and improve user scenarios and features across Web, iOS, and Android platforms
- →Conduct Product Discovery by researching user journeys and identifying friction points
- →Build high-quality prototypes with attention to micro-interactions and animations
- →Facilitate discussions between developers and stakeholders
- →Ensure implementation quality through Design QA/Review
- →Contribute to the Design System for consistency and team velocity
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio of launched case studies
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Prototyping)
- ✓Proven experience in creating or scaling design systems
- ✓Product mindset based on data, research, and business impact
- ✓Understanding of accessibility principles and integration into design
- ✓Strong communication skills for articulating and defending design decisions
- ✓Self-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and drive processes
