About the Role
We are looking for a Core Data Application Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Qualysoft. This role involves ensuring the monitoring and operational maintenance of applications within the Core Data squad.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure monitoring and operational maintenance of Core Data squad's applications
- →Monitor batch processing in production and provide Level 2 support for production incidents
- →Provide user support by analyzing malfunctions and collaborating with the Application Maintenance Team
- →Manage action plans for resolving underlying problems, including recurring and critical incidents
- →Handle operational management of maintenance schedules
- →Apply TDI (Request and Incident Handling) processes
- →Produce performance indicators such as application availability rate and support ticket inventory
- →Manage certificates
