About the Role
Quindar is seeking a People Operations, Learning & Communications Intern to support their People team. This role involves helping with internal learning resources, communications, and team experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and document aerospace concepts relevant to Quindar
- →Help capture and structure Quindar-specific knowledge
- →Build and maintain content in an internal learning database
- →Translate technical topics into clear explanations
- →Support People Ops initiatives and day-to-day coordination
- →Assist with planning team trips, events, and activities
- →Draft or edit internal announcements and updates
- →Promote internal learning resources and People Ops initiatives
- →Work with team members across the company to gather information
- →Help develop templates and best practices for documentation
Requirements
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- ✓Comfortable juggling different types of tasks
- ✓Curious mindset and willingness to learn technical topics
- ✓Interest in people operations, internal communications, or learning & development
- ✓Comfortable collaborating with different teams and asking questions
