About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Program Manager to join Quizlet, a $1B+ learning platform serving tens of millions of students monthly. This role will drive execution for complex, cross-functional product work within a product and engineering pillar, combining hands-on program leadership with ownership of operational systems and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own execution for a select set of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives each quarter
- →Develop and manage initiative plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery signals
- →Proactively surface execution risks and partner with Product and Engineering leads to resolve issues
- →Maintain clear ownership, timelines, and status for teams and stakeholders
- →Serve as the operational owner for your assigned pillar
- →Ensure company-wide Product Ops programs are implemented consistently
- →Identify operational friction and drive improvements
- →Act as the primary operational point of contact for execution questions
- →Partner with other Product Ops leaders to design organizational systems and processes
- →Design and improve operational systems, workflows, and documentation
- →Partner with Go To Market teams to support launch readiness
- →Ensure launch plans account for timing, dependencies, risks, and enablement needs
- →Act as a connector across Product, Engineering, and GTM partners
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product operations
- ✓Proven experience driving execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Technical awareness to understand system architecture and dependencies
- ✓Ability to partner with engineering leaders and translate technical complexity
- ✓A deep systems-thinking mindset
- ✓Experience designing or evolving operational systems and workflows
- ✓Comfort navigating ambiguity and change
- ✓Clear, confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders
