About the Role
We are looking for an ITIL Service Operations Analyst to support the delivery, stability, and continual improvement of our IT services. This role focuses on managing incidents, requests, problems, and changes according to ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure effective day-to-day delivery of IT services
- →Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes
- →Monitor service performance and triage tickets
- →Coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution
- →Maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders
- →Assist with planning, assessment, and coordination of changes and releases
Requirements
- ✓ITIL Foundation/Practitioner qualification
- ✓Change Management experience
- ✓ServiceNow knowledge
- ✓Major Incident Management experience
- ✓Eligibility to pass BS7858 security check
