Aufgaben
• Kunden-Onboarding & Aktivierung: Du begleitest neue Kunden in den ersten Monaten nach Vertragsabschluss und stellst sicher, dass sie unsere Telematik- und Dashcam-Lösungen erfolgreich in Betrieb nehmen und effektiv nutzen.
• Strategische Kundenbetreuung: Du bist der kommerzielle Hauptansprechpartner für Deine Kunden und unterstützt sie dabei, den maximalen Nutzen aus unserer SaaS-Plattform und unseren Telematiklösungen zu ziehen.
• Customer Lifecycle Management: Du begleitest Kunden über die ersten Monate hinaus, baust langfristige Beziehungen auf und sorgst für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und Kundenbindung.
• Up- und Cross-Selling: Auf Basis des Kundenprofils und der Kundenbedürfnisse erkennst Du Möglichkeiten zur Erweiterung der bestehenden Lösungen (z.B. zusätzliche Fahrzeuge oder Services), um Kunden langfristig zu halten und auszubauen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams: Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Produktteam, Finanzen sowie Kundenservice & Operations zusammen, um eine reibungslose Kundenbetreuung zu gewährleisten.
