About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team at Railroad19, Inc. This role involves developing and supporting custom applications, contributing to solutions for our clients, and serving as an adviser to identify and foster best-in-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide expertise as well as customer service to meet a wide variety of requirements
- →Quickly provide insight and options to challenges
- →Understand our client's fast-moving business requirements
- →Negotiate appropriate solutions with multiple stakeholders
- →Write and maintain complex, mission-critical software
- →Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software; contribute technically to projects
- →Support and troubleshoot issues (process and system) related and implement sustainable corrective actions
- →Identify new opportunities, tools, and services to enhance the custom software platform
- →Serve as a subject matter expert in software development
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of software development experience with at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails development experience
- ✓Strong JavaScript skills
- ✓Strong Angular experience of at least 3+ years
- ✓Strong Knowledge of relational databases
- ✓Experience developing in Typescript/Node
- ✓Strong team building, vendor, and customer relations skills
