About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our innovative software company, RainFocus. This role is crucial for client success, focusing on driving project execution and value creation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and drive project implementation
- →Identify and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables
- →Define tasks and required resources
- →Manage project financial performance against targets
- →Coordinate multiple work streams to remove obstacles
- →Communicate formal weekly status to stakeholders
- →Facilitate workshops with clients and solution consultants
- →Provide change management support for first-year event clients
- →Ensure necessary training is provided to clients and partners
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of project management experience
- ✓Skills in software implementation, schedule, cost, and risk management
- ✓Ability to utilize various project management tools
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills
- ✓Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Smartsheet
- ✓Highly self-motivated and autonomous
- ✓Strong technology acumen
- ✓Experience working in a consulting environment or client-facing role
- ✓Experience designing large-scale complex solutions
- ✓Highly detail-oriented with proven ability to document systems and processes
