About the Role

The Investment and Pension Products (IPP) tribe at Raisin is seeking a Software Engineer to build capital markets-based products that help customers grow their wealth. You'll be part of a new cross-functional engineering team focused on internationalizing Raisin's investment products, with end-to-end ownership of services.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain high-quality customer-facing platforms and internal tools
→Design, implement, test, deploy, and refine applications and services end to end
→Guide features through the full lifecycle from discovery to launch
→Write clean, secure, and well-tested code with a strong quality mindset
→Collaborate with Product, UX, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate requirements
→Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical standards
→Improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
→Work in an agile, cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership
→Use AI tools productively and responsibly
→Foster an inclusive team culture through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Requirements

✓University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✓Professional experience as a Software Engineer
✓Comfortable participating in technical and architectural discussions
✓Strong understanding of business requirements and technical solutions
✓Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD practices
✓Commitment to writing clean, well-tested, maintainable code
✓Open-minded, creative team player
✓Strong English communication skills
✓Strong professional experience with Java
✓Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures
✓Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
✓Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
✓Deep commitment to clean architecture principles and high code quality standards
