About the Role

The Investment and Pension Products (IPP) tribe at Raisin is seeking a Software Engineer to join their cross-functional engineering team focused on internationalizing Raisin’s investment products. This role involves designing, developing, and operating services end-to-end with a focus on system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain high-quality customer-facing platforms and internal tools
→Own the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing refinement of applications and services
→Guide features through the full lifecycle from discovery to successful launch
→Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code
→Collaborate with Product, UX, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into solutions
→Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical standards
→Improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational readiness
→Work in an agile, cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership
→Use AI tools productively and responsibly
→Foster an inclusive team culture through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Requirements

✓University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✓Professional experience as a Software Engineer
✓Comfortable participating in technical and architectural discussions
✓Strong understanding of business requirements and technical solutions
✓Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD practices
✓Commitment to writing clean, well-tested, maintainable, and well-documented code
✓Open-minded, creative team player
✓Strong English communication skills
✓Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
✓Strong experience with React or similar frameworks
✓Experience with Next.js, Static Site Generators, JAMstack, and CMS solutions
✓Familiarity with component libraries such as Material-UI
✓Focus on building performant, accessible, and user-centric web applications
