About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Consumer Finance and Mortgage Experience team at Realtor.comยฎ. This role focuses on developing and scaling high-impact consumer product strategies for the finance and mortgage business line.
Key Responsibilities
- โTranslate Realtor.comโs Finance and Mortgage vision into a high-impact consumer product strategy
- โIntegrate financial tools directly into the core home-shopping journey to drive consumer engagement
- โDrive business growth by maximizing high-quality lead volume through product innovation and conversion rate optimization
- โEstablish and communicate key success metrics for lead volume, conversion funnel health, and financial tool adoption
- โIdentify market-moving opportunities for business model innovation using AI and strategic integrations
- โSynthesize financial data, market trends, and risk models to validate hypotheses and drive the evolution of our consumer finance ecosystem
- โOwn and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing investments in lead volume optimization with the creation of new consumer finance experiences
- โOversee product lifecycles from ideation to launch, leading cross-functional teams and managing tradeoffs
- โWork with the Legal team to manage operational and regulatory risks in integrating financial services
- โServe as the primary consumer product leader for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and sales
- โTranslate feedback from lenders, sales, and customer success teams into actionable product requirements
Requirements
- โ10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in complex environments
- โ3+ years of domain expertise in Finance or Mortgage (e.g., LendingTech, FinTech, or Financial Marketplaces)
- โDeep understanding of lead generation models, marketplace dynamics, and high-value partner integrations
- โKnowledge of the regulatory landscape (RESPA, etc.) governing mortgage and financial services products
- โStrategic systems thinking with the ability to architect connected, multi-sided platform experiences
- โAnalytical rigor and the ability to use data to solve complex business and technical problems
- โExecutive-level presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- โBachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
