About the Role
The Business Development Coordinator plays a critical role in Miro's go-to-market pipeline strategy, offering an excellent opportunity to learn fundamental sales skills for a career in software sales. This role is essential for helping accounts with low to no usage unlock the full value of Miro, generating new business and expanding with existing enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the ENT or STRAT sales team to generate meetings and sales pipeline
- →Profile accounts to define appropriate expansion strategies
- →Reach out to new trials/users within the current customer base to drive revenue
- →Work with marketing on executing campaigns and events
- →Master the art of discovery and inspire new use cases for Miro
- →Ensure accurate data in the CRM to drive future growth strategy
- →Use various methods (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects and decision makers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelors or Masters degree from a university
- ✓Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ✓1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients
- ✓Great attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate in a growing team
- ✓Curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and receive feedback
- ✓Results-oriented with a relentless pursuit of goals
