About the Role

Miro is seeking a dedicated, senior-level Visual Communications Designer to join their Brand Creative team. This role involves owning the Canvas 26 keynote across four cities and creating various executive communications materials.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the Canvas 26 keynote end-to-end across four cities — San Francisco, London, Tokyo, and Sydney
→Design and deliver all executive and CMO presentations, board decks, all-hands, and sales enablement materials
→Work directly with senior leadership to shape and refine presentations in real time
→Transform complex product narratives, strategy, and data into clear, compelling visual stories
→Build and maintain a presentation system with templates, assets, and standards
→Push the craft in typography, layout, data visualisation, and animation

Requirements

✓5+ years of presentation design experience working with C-suite or senior leadership
✓A portfolio demonstrating range across keynotes, executive decks, data visualisation, and event content
✓Expert-level Keynote skills including animations, transitions, and build orders
✓Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
✓Ability to work fast without losing craft quality, managing multiple priorities
✓Strong creative POV with the confidence to defend it
✓Comfortable with ambiguity, last-minute changes, and working alongside senior leadership
