About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Recorded Future. This role involves independently resolving internal support issues and contributing to improvements in tools, processes, and documentation. The position requires strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid technical understanding of enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Resolve escalated support tickets with minimal oversight.
- →Troubleshoot endpoint security tools, VPN configurations, authentication issues, and network connectivity.
- →Support deployment and configuration of corporate laptops, mobile devices, and SaaS environments.
- →Contribute to SOP development and improvements to service delivery workflows.
- →Provide training or mentoring to IC1 team members.
- →Participate in on-call rotations or incident response activities as needed.
Requirements
- ✓2–4+ years in enterprise IT support or similar.
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS administration fundamentals.
- ✓Strong understanding of corporate networking.
- ✓Demonstrated ownership of issues through resolution.
- ✓Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ✓Time-management skills for competing priorities.
