About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join Red Bull's team in Brazil. This role focuses on leading and supporting the sales force of distributors, ensuring the dissemination of Red Bull's values and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and support the sales force of the distributor, disseminating Red Bull's execution concepts
- →Control all sales KPIs, utilizing national and regional reports provided
- →Audit and identify opportunities, co-creating action plans with the distributor
- →Train and support the sales force, providing feedback and leading by example
- →Manage the implementation of materials and control of market programs from Red Bull
