About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join Red Bull's team. This role focuses on managing sales performance and supporting distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and support the distributor's sales force
- →Disseminate Red Bull values and lifestyle
- →Control all sales KPIs using national and regional reports
- →Audit and identify opportunities, co-creating action plans with distributors
- →Train and support the sales force, spreading Red Bull execution concepts
- →Manage implementation of materials and market programs
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales management and performance tracking
- ✓Strong analytical skills to identify problems and propose action plans
- ✓Ability to lead by example and mentor sales teams
