About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the Red Bull team. This role focuses on implementing global brand strategies at a local level, building brand image, and driving consumer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• →Infuse global and national Red Bull priorities and strategies in the field
• →Ensure top-notch understanding of the consumer to form the basis of local idea generation
• →Define ideas and programs that build brand image and increase product understanding
• →Share market insights with the national team
• →Work with the sales team to build mental and physical availability
• →Deliver the annual approved business plan for the region
• →Drive relevance across various consumption occasions through tailored messaging
• →Set the regional communication strategy based on national programs and regional priorities
• →Manage internal and external requests in line with the annual business plan priorities
• →Create and support local key events and marketing opportunities
• →Ensure positive consumer experiences through premium execution
• →Build relationships with key influencers and media outlets
• →Incorporate Red Bull athlete activations and build 360 plans to amplify reach
• →Activate content of the Red Bull Media Network
• →Foster a premium and aspirational local face of the brand on social media
• →Leverage the Event Vehicle program to excite consumers
• →Understand generational trends and involve the local team in idea generation
• →Create new and innovative ideas that bring the brand to life
• →Ensure digital and social media are at the heart of every field marketing activity
• →Act as a role model and display Red Bull values
• →Source, hire, train, and manage Field Marketing Specialists
• →Coach FMSs in sourcing, hiring, and training their teams
• →Set regional objectives and clear goals for FMSs
• →Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure deliverables are met
• →Identify and nurture key talent for potential opportunities
• →Implement and uphold a clean logistical system for warehousing and infrastructure
• →Develop and manage the regional budget
• →Identify cost-saving opportunities and other efficiencies
• →Manage field expenses and general administration
• →Build smart and mutually beneficial partnerships
• →Outsource local media-related activities to regional experts
• →Coordinate with agencies and specialised companies for event logistics
• →Share best practices on collaboration
