About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join our team at Remote. This role focuses on developing and executing the global organic growth strategy, ensuring our site architecture and performance support long-term organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute Remote's global organic roadmap, including SEO and GEO strategies
- →Drive technical SEO excellence and collaborate with the Web Engineering team to optimize site architecture and rendering
- →Ensure evergreen content is optimized for searcher experience and mapped to the marketing funnel
- →Manage international SEO initiatives and work with the Localization team to ensure brand voice and conversion paths are effective globally
- →Lead and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies for technical SEO and digital PR projects
- →Own the reporting for organic channels and quantify KPIs to demonstrate ROI to leadership
- →Execute link-building activities to ensure quality links from reputable sources
Requirements
- ✓Several years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a few years in a leadership or team management role
- ✓Expert-level Tech SEO Knowledge, including speed optimizations, schema, site architecture, RegEx, and crawlability
- ✓Proven track record in SaaS or B2B marketing, with knowledge of SEO algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends
- ✓Highly proficient in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and data visualization tools
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Fluent English (written and spoken)
