About the Role
We are seeking a Quality PMO Framework Developer to design, implement, and evolve the Quality PMO structure. This role will ensure consistent project execution across global quality initiatives and act as a central coordination point for various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement the Quality PMO structure, including governance models and project stages
- →Define gate reviews, meeting cadences, and build standardized templates and tools
- →Ensure all quality projects follow a transparent and consistent process
- →Act as the central coordination point between Quality, Operations, Technology, and other departments
- →Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- →Oversee a global portfolio of quality improvement and innovation projects
- →Define KPIs, track performance, and provide regular portfolio updates to senior leadership
- →Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and delivery quality
- →Apply structured project approaches to support quality incident management
Requirements
- ✓Experience in PMO setup and framework development
- ✓Strong understanding of governance models and project management methodologies
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to define and track KPIs and performance metrics
- ✓Experience with quality management and incident response
