About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join Red Bull’s team. This role focuses on managing key university and bookstore partnerships, ensuring compliance with agreements, and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes for Red Bull North America and partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage accounts and relationships with key university and bookstore partners
- →Develop customer strategies and key business drivers
- →Analyze relevant category, customer, and consumer data to develop insight-led business plans
- →Lead joint annual business planning with university accounts and Red Bull management teams
- →Conduct regular business reviews and participate in customer activities to strengthen relationships
- →Develop and drive channel strategy for university accounts and field operations
- →Lead national and regional programs and activations with university partners
- →Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with key individuals
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of account management fundamentals
- ✓Experience in strategic category and item management
- ✓Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
- ✓Ability to lead joint annual business planning
- ✓Experience in contract negotiation and renewal
- ✓Proficiency in Customer Program Management (CPM) systems
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
