About the Role
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational use of the Customer Data Platform as the central backbone of marketing activation. You will ensure that the CDP is optimally utilized and continuously developed to enable cross-channel, data-driven marketing measures efficiently and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, manage, and optimize personalized customer journeys, segments, and automated campaigns across all relevant channels
- →Analyze performance and usage data to derive specific optimization measures and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing activities
- →Advise internal stakeholders from marketing, commerce, data, and product
- →Promote an enterprise-wide, data-driven marketing understanding
