About the Role
SoFi is seeking a highly analytical, strategic Direct Mail leader to own audience strategy, targeting, and performance optimization across their Direct Mail channel. This individual will drive the data strategy behind campaigns, defining target audiences, measuring success, and continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end targeting strategy across prospect and member audiences
- →Develop and evolve segmentation frameworks to improve response and key KPIs
- →Partner with Marketing Data Science team to define TAM sizing and performance expectations
- →Design and implement structured test-and-learn recommendations
- →Monitor product updates, risk changes, and competitive trends
- →Translate targeting strategies into executable campaign plans
- →Ensure accurate implementation of audience definitions and data requirements
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to bring Direct Mail campaigns to market
- →Identify risks early and proactively adjust plans
- →Establish performance baselines and forecast expected outcomes
- →Use AI-powered analysis to enhance reporting and decision-making
- →Deliver weekly performance insights and monthly executive-ready readouts
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or related Account Management field
- ✓Experience leading targeting strategy and performance analysis for marketing campaigns
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience in Tableau and AI reporting tools
- ✓Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Data Science, Marketing, and Product teams
- ✓Financial services or credit experience preferred
