About the Role
We are looking for an intern to support our recruitment operations team at Red Bull. This role involves improving candidate attraction, managing our ATS, and enhancing the candidate experience across our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support candidate attraction across early career and experienced hires
- →Manage SmartRecruiters (our ATS) for job adverts and candidate records
- →Collaborate with hiring teams to improve job descriptions
- →Assist with recruiting roles and HR projects linked to the Talent team
- →Help deliver an exceptional candidate journey with timely communications
- →Prepare candidate packs and support interview logistics
- →Work with hiring managers to draft job briefs
- →Provide guidance on recruitment process steps
- →Support managers through our Graduate Program
- →Contribute to employer branding through job postings and social media
- →Support key recruitment projects like DEI sourcing strategy
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- ✓Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with various teams

- ✓Take part in Red Bull’s intern development programme, gaining skills in communication, self-leadership and commercial thinking. Shadow senior recruiters and join meetings to learn how a people-first hiring strategy comes to life. You will also attend different trainings and workshops to support and build your skills toolkit.
