About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to join Red Bull's team, responsible for designing best-in-class digital consumer experiences across the company's brands. This role involves setting the design direction while demonstrating exceptional visual design skills and applying UX fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

→Design digital consumer facing experiences across Red Bull’s brands
→Demonstrate exceptional visual design skills and apply UX fundamentals
→Leverage AI-driven design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
→Plan and facilitate design sprints, critique sessions, and workshops
→Support product intake and early problem framing through structured discovery formats
→Conduct user tests to validate solutions
→Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure shared understanding and consistency
→Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints
→Take ownership of UX workstreams from discovery through validation and delivery

Requirements
