About the Role
We are looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to join Redox and own our GTM engine as we scale upmarket into larger enterprise deals. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimizing processes, systems, and team capabilities to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and evolve the Revenue Operations strategy to support Redox's shift into enterprise sales
- →Lead deal desk processes for complex enterprise deals
- →Drive forecasting methodology and pipeline governance
- →Standardize lead-to-cash workflows and strengthen cross-functional handoffs
- →Mentor and develop Revenue Operations team members
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership or GTM Strategy experience
- ✓Experience operating across SMB/mid-market and enterprise GTM motions
- ✓Hands-on experience with variable compensation processes
- ✓Strong deal desk and commercial operations experience
- ✓Deep CRM and marketing automation expertise
- ✓Strong financial acumen
