The Managing Director, Performance will be the head of our largest business unit with $27m+ under management. You will own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development. This is an executive position which will directly report into the CEO, me. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
