About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join RemoFirst, a platform that empowers employers to access talent globally. This role will help shape our features and services while managing strategic relationships with local partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as primary owner of vendor relationships for assigned countries
- →Manage vendor performance, SLAs, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- →Run quarterly QBRs with local partners
- →Own vendor escalations (operational, compliance, payroll, service quality)
- →Ensure vendors provide accurate, timely country information for internal teams
- →Partner closely with the Strategic Sourcing team on regulatory and contractual obligations
- →Coordinate vendor-driven changes (process updates, compliance changes, system changes)
- →Maintain partner documentation and internal knowledge
Requirements
- ✓Deep experience managing external vendors in regulated environments
- ✓Strong escalation management and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to drive strategic initiatives and QBRs with local partners
- ✓Ability to translate complex local regulations into clear internal guidance
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
- ✓Comfortable operating without regional silos
