Software Engineer, Enterprise at Replit

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Engineer to join as an early member of our new Enterprise team at Replit. This role involves building and scaling features that help teams and organizations of any size be more productive with Replit. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft solutions that enable customers to build, deploy, and share their applications seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• →Build and own features across the full stack that serve enterprise customers, from backend services to user-facing interfaces
• →Design and implement scalable solutions for teams and organizations, including enterprise-readiness features like authentication, permissions, security, and compliance
• →Work directly with customers to understand their needs and iterate on solutions
• →Contribute to technical decisions and architecture for the Enterprise platform
• →Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences
• →Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence
• →Ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback and usage data
