About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Rewaa, a cutting-edge SaaS platform empowering retailers. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Rewaa Point of Sale Platform, driving product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering features that delight customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals
- →Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions
- →Create and manage a product roadmap prioritizing features based on customer needs
- →Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for successful product launches
- →Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces
- →Lead product development using Agile methodologies
- →Engage with customers to understand pain points and gather feedback
- →Define and monitor OKRs to measure product success
- →Regularly update senior leadership on product progress
- →Identify and explore new technologies and trends
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS products
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; MBA or equivalent experience
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and software development processes
- ✓Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- ✓Deep empathy for users and a strong desire to solve their problems
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- ✓Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
