• Sie sind als Bereichsleiter:in für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines rund 50-köpfigen HR-Teams (bestehend aus Spezialist:innen und Expert:innen) verantwortlich. Der Bereich ist in Gruppen- und Teamleiter-Strukturen organisiert.
• Die wesentlichen Themenschwerpunkte Ihres Teams liegen im operativen HR-Management & HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, Learning & Development sowie in der Lehre- und Nachwuchsförderung.
• Die interne und externe Wahrnehmung unserer Arbeitgeberpositionierung und -attraktivität wird von Ihnen maßgeblich geprägt.
• Bei den Führungskräften und Vorständen gelten Sie als kompetente:r Berater:in und Sparringpartner:in, stehen bei Schwerpunktthemen und Projekten im Austausch, setzen Impulse und übernehmen in bereichsrelevanten Themen die Lead-Rolle.
• Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der gemeinsamen, übergreifenden REWE People & Culture Strategie ein und verknüpfen diese laufend mit der Geschäftsstrategie von BILLA sowie der BILLA HR-Ausrichtung. Ihr Fokus liegt dabei neben Initiativen und Maßnahmen für die BILLA Zentrale insbesondere auf dem Filialbereich und dem Vertriebsaußendienst.
• Sie pflegen engen Kontakt und fördern die Zusammenarbeit mit den People & Culture Bereichen des strategischen HR-Managements, Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Services sowie mit weiteren wichtigen Stakeholdern wie dem Betriebsrat.
• In Ihrem Handeln agieren Sie kennzahlengestützt und nutzen diese als Grundlage für die Professionalisierung und Optimierung des Bereichs.
