About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience professional to join our Talley team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role will provide national-level support to the sales organization and act as the primary Rexel contact for Talley on electrical catalog maintenance and EDI transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage EDI transaction processing for distribution centers, ensuring timely and accurate data exchanges with trading partners
- →Maintain and update the electrical catalog to keep product information current and accurately mapped for EDI integration and sales use
- →Enter and process orders in Prelude, demonstrating practical proficiency with Prelude order-entry functions
- →Collaborate with vendors and Rexel leadership to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and provide operational support
- →Work with Talley Sales Management to align catalog content and EDI processes with commercial objectives
- →Serve as the primary contact across the Talley organization to ensure service excellence for internal and external stakeholders
- →Responsible for Quote and Order Entry on the electrical side of the business
- →Service current and new accounts to assure growth and customer satisfaction
- →Review Open Order Report daily
Requirements
- ✓Practical proficiency with Prelude order-entry functions
- ✓Experience with EDI transaction processing

- ✓Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
