About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution across Zumβs core platform. This is a highly strategic role that will directly impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Zumβs core platform
- βWork with product leaders, designers, and engineers to innovate and enhance the transportation platform
- βBalance near-term needs with long-term vision
- βIntroduce lightweight processes to help a scaling organization move faster
Requirements
- β5+ years of product management experience, including owning a core product area end-to-end
- βExperience shipping SaaS products for enterprise or operational users
- βComfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and constraint-heavy environments
- βPassion for mission-driven work and designing systems with real-world impact at scale
- βDemonstrated track record of shipping high-impact customer-facing features
- βExperience in mobility, logistics, fleets, marketplaces, or operationally complex products is a strong plus
