About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to join our Marketing team at Rillet. This high-impact, high-visibility role will own one of our most critical growth engines: pipeline. You will architect and operate the end-to-end demand motion across self-serve, mid-market, and enterprise, translating Rillet’s product strength and category narrative into predictable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own global demand generation strategy and pipeline targets
- →Build and scale a multi-channel acquisition engine (paid, organic, lifecycle, web, ABM, experiments)
- →Design forecasting, capacity modeling, and performance management for pipeline creation
- →Partner with Sales and RevOps on ICP definition, segmentation, routing, and handoff SLAs
- →Translate product positioning and category narrative into high-converting campaigns
- →Continuously improve funnel conversion across visitor → lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity
- →Establish rigorous experimentation, measurement, and optimization frameworks
- →Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing demand generation team over time
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- ✓Proven track record owning pipeline targets and scaling revenue impact
- ✓Deep understanding of paid acquisition, lifecycle, conversion optimization, and experimentation
- ✓Strong analytical and operational rigor
- ✓Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps
