About the Role
Riot Games is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Singapore Studio. This role involves owning the QA process for a team supporting one or multiple Riot products, working with software engineers, artists, producers, and project managers to create value for players worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Impact/Scope: Your work impacts your team, neighboring teams, and the players/customers you serve. You make suggestions on how to improve quality activities on your team.
- →Complexity: You follow Riot QA’s policies, procedures, and best practices to independently solve complex problems and complete your assignments.
- →Supervision/Oversight: You are able to complete your assignments with minimal to general directions.
- →Craft Knowledge: You are proficient in the fundamentals, theories, and techniques of quality assurance. You can use your craft knowledge to solve complex tasks.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of Software Quality Assurance Experience.
- ✓Experience designing and executing test plans.
- ✓Experience managing defects through workflows.
- ✓Experience tasking remote testers.
- ✓Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.
- ✓Experience reporting on test coverage and defect data.
