About the Role

We are looking for a Physical Security Systems & Technology Program Manager to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of Riot’s physical security technology ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Genetec Security Center (Synergis/Omnicast) and integrated enterprise security platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and evolution of Genetec Security Center, including access control, video management, and alarms & event automation.
→Lead full lifecycle security technology projects across offices, studios, and specialized spaces.
→Act as the technical escalation point for Genetec troubleshooting and system performance.
→Author and enforce global standards for ACS/VMS.
→Manage integrators, installers, and managed service partners.

Requirements

✓Genetec certifications (strongly preferred): Genetec Security Center Certified (or higher), with direct experience in Synergis and Omnicast.
✓Strong understanding of networked security systems (VLANs, PoE, bandwidth planning, storage redundancy, system hardening).
✓Experience integrating ACS/VMS with identity systems (SSO/IdP), HRIS provisioning, visitor management, and/or building systems.
✓Familiarity with cybersecurity considerations for physical security tech.
✓Ability to support after-hours work for critical cutovers, outages, or high-impact deployments.
✓Clear written and verbal communication, high ownership, and strong judgment with sensitive data and investigations.
