About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Ripple and help us hire top talent from around the world. This role focuses on delivering a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

→Coordinate a broad range of phone, video, and onsite interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
→Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
→Support 3+ recruiters in scheduling recruiting activities across global offices
→Proactively find opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
→Book candidate travel and manage expenses
→Spearhead candidate experience initiatives (i.e. swag programs)
→Support Recruiting Operations programs

Requirements

✓2+ years in recruiting or talent coordination
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
✓Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently
✓Passion for candidate experience and finding ways to improve and better the experience
