About the Role
We are looking for a VP Product to join Riskified, a company that empowers businesses to grow ecommerce by managing risk. This executive role will be fully accountable for the success of a broad domain within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of Product Managers
- →Work with the Head of Product to define strategy and tactics
- →Drive product adoption in the market
- →Engage with customers to discover needs and communicate the roadmap
- →Collaborate with Marketing and Design to position products
- →Enable the GTM organization to ship products to market
- →Drive product direction and ensure alignment with C-level stakeholders
- →Define KPIs for product success and drive execution
- →Lead and oversee the product roadmap process
- →Plan and direct the release of new products and features
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience as a leading Product Manager
- ✓4+ years in leading a team of PMs with exceptional leadership
- ✓4+ years experience managing data and algorithm-focused products
- ✓Experience driving product adoption in new markets
- ✓Experience driving product vision and roadmaps
- ✓Great interpersonal and presentation skills
- ✓Experience in SaaS companies in a B2B setting
- ✓Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, Online Payments, Fraud - advantage
