About the Role
Ro is seeking a creative and performance-driven Associate Manager to lead paid social creative strategy across Sexual Health, Dermatology, and Fertility businesses. This role will focus on developing and scaling high-performing UGC and creator-led advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a UGC-based creative testing roadmap for SDF businesses
- →Source and manage high-performing creators/partners to produce paid social assets
- →Analyze performance marketing data to identify patterns and inform creative strategy
- →Coordinate internal flows from idea to launch, working cross-functionally
- →Drive process optimization and data-driven decisions
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, UGC, or related roles
- ✓Command of performance/growth marketing fundamentals and analysis
- ✓Deep understanding of social platforms and creator content
- ✓Strong writing skills for creative briefs and external communication
- ✓Operationally strong with project management and clear briefs
- ✓Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to independently own a body of work end-to-end
