About the Role
We are looking for a Controlling and FP&A Manager to join Roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company. This role involves leading a team and shaping the future of the finance departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the Controlling and FP&A function, managing a team of 4 people
- →Own the company’s financials, including business planning, financial forecasting, and KPI analysis
- →Conduct critical company-wide analyses and act as a sparring partner for key stakeholders
- →Work closely with the C-level team and support financing rounds and investor relations
- →Enhance financial systems, automation, and reporting capabilities
Requirements
- ✓Hire, mentor, and develop the FP&A team
- ✓Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
- ✓7+ years of Controlling/FP&A experience in banking, consulting, or a venture capital backed business
- ✓Intuitive understanding of business models and validation using financial data
- ✓Experience pivoting decentralized systems into a modern scalable platform
- ✓Outstanding financial modelling skills, particularly with Excel and Lucanet
- ✓Full proficiency in English; German is a plus
