About the Role
We are looking for an HR Intern to join the People Operations team at roadsurfer. This role involves supporting daily HR operations and taking on independent HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the People Operations team in daily tasks and help prepare for the upcoming season
- →Gain insights into HR management at roadsurfer and take ownership of HR projects
- →Create national and international employment contracts, certificates, and applications
- →Assist in communication with service providers and consultants both domestically and internationally
Requirements
- ✓You are seeking a mandatory internship for your studies (minimum 4 months) or an orientation internship (maximum 3 months)
- ✓Ideally, you have some prior experience in HR
- ✓You want to develop yourself and your skills, have a quick grasp of concepts, and recognize connections
- ✓You are communicative and enjoy working independently
- ✓You speak fluent German and have good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
