About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Robinhood's Customer Care & Concierge Engineering team. This role focuses on building and scaling core product capabilities for premium customer segments, partnering with product and design teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support for career growth
- →Partner with product and design to define requirements and deliver customer-facing features
- →Oversee the design and implementation of backend or full-stack systems that power concierge tools
- →Establish clear engineering processes to ensure reliable delivery and system scalability
- →Contribute technically when needed, reviewing architecture decisions and solving complex challenges
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience managing engineers, with a track record of supporting performance and career development
- ✓Experience building and launching 0→1 or early-stage consumer-facing products
- ✓Strong backend or full-stack technical background, with the ability to review system design
- ✓Experience working on teams that ship customer-facing software at scale
- ✓Ability to translate business goals into clear technical plans and measurable milestones
