About the Role
We are looking for a Privacy Program Manager to join Robinhood's Privacy Office and help scale the company's privacy initiatives. This role requires bringing structure and operational discipline to critical privacy initiatives that impact the company globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead planning, prioritization, and tracking of key privacy initiatives across Privacy Engineering and Privacy Compliance
- →Develop and manage frameworks for project intake, resource tracking, and delivery oversight
- →Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to define accountability models for privacy workstreams
- →Own program metrics, OKRs, dashboards, and business reviews across the Privacy Office
- →Support reporting on privacy risk posture and program maturity to internal and external stakeholders
- →Drive alignment across Privacy Engineering, Legal, and Compliance on roadmaps, deliverables, and timelines
- →Manage communication, reporting, and documentation for executive and cross-functional visibility
- →Advance process maturity for Privacy by Design, RoPA maintenance, vendor risk, and assessment workflows
- →Translate regulatory obligations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) into clear, measurable program goals
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of privacy program or project management experience in tech or FinTech environments
- ✓Strong grasp of global privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA
- ✓Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across legal, compliance, and engineering teams
- ✓Experience operationalizing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions
- ✓Excellent executive communication and business reporting skills
- ✓PMP, CIPP/US, or equivalent certifications preferred
