About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Stripe's Developer Experience & Product Platform (DEeP) organization. This role involves spearheading critical developer experience programs, particularly related to Stripe's Sandbox environments, which serve as the first touchpoint for developers integrating with Stripe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute cross-functional programs across engineering divisions.
- →Manage technical programs, leveraging systems and engineering knowledge.
- →Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers to enhance operational efficiency.
- →Develop, implement, and refine program management frameworks and metrics.
- →Establish and report on program health and success metrics.
- →Standardize documentation and project communication processes.
- →Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and reporting at the leadership level.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in software/systems engineering or technical product/program management.
- ✓Experience in improving developer experience.
- ✓Technical background with experience influencing process/program/product changes.
- ✓Proven track record in comprehensive program management across software development phases.
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms.
- ✓Demonstrated experience in leading global initiatives, building APIs, products, and scalable systems.
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
