We are seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to join the Marketing team at Robinhood and help scale our Events initiatives. This is a crucial role for enhancing and scaling our marketing capabilities — ensuring that our marketers, producers, creatives, and agency partners are set up for success in delivering the best work possible for our customers! As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will manage internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesion. You will facilitate meetings, oversee asset timelines, lead Legal and Compliance submissions, and support reporting and retrospectives to improve execution over time. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do • Manage all internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure cohesion for related work. • Facilitate meetings to ensure information exchange and understanding across teams - creating and owning agendas, action items, and follow ups. • Support Events marketers to ensure all aspects of the program are on track, and flag delays or facilitate trade off discussions when necessary. • Manage a high volume of Events marketing assets and own management of asset timelines in partnership with the producer. • Build and maintain Events marketing playbooks, trackers and templates. • Own the submission process for Legal & Compliance review, spearheading weekly check-ins, and ensuring materials are revised where necessary. • Lead QA process of all assets, ensuring quality standards are met and work is complete. • Support reporting cadence and facilitate retros, consolidating feedback and implementing optimizations for future work. • Collaborate with product-specific MPMs to ensure proper product representation when necessary. What you bring • 8+ years of experience in program and/ or project management. • Strong preference for a candidate that’s previously worked in a high velocity Events Marketing environment, and has previously worked in a highly regulated industry. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level in order to address potential roadblocks, define the best way forward, and communicate trade-offs where appropriate. • Strong analytical skills - can analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions and identify risk in projects and programs early so that mitigation steps can be taken. • Experience operating and driving work independently in a dynamic environment, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. • Understanding of asset creation (i.e. Creative, Production, etc.) and approval cycles (Stakeholder Reviews, Legal Approvals, etc.). • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. • Passion for democratizing finance and a deep understanding of Robinhood's mission, products, and target customers. In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
