About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter focused on Security & Privacy to join Robinhood, a company dedicated to democratizing finance. This role involves building an elite team and applying frontier technologies to solve financial problems.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Security, Privacy, and Corporate Engineering leaders to define role scope, success criteria, and interview plans
→Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer development
→Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates
→Use recruiting data to track pipeline health, time to fill, and offer outcomes
→Ensure a consistent, equitable candidate experience

Requirements

✓6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
✓Experience hiring for Security, Privacy, or related engineering roles
✓Demonstrated experience hiring for highly specialized technical skill sets
✓Experience partnering directly with senior technical stakeholders
✓Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
