About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate FP&A Leader to join our Finance team at Roblox. This critical early leadership role will define, implement, and mature the team's processes and operating model for company-wide financial planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the company's annual, quarterly, and long-range planning process and calendar
→Lead the consolidation, reporting, and management of all financial statements
→Develop and oversee the creation of high-impact financial reporting packages and dashboards
→Manage headcount forecast and planning cycle
→Manage the company's long-range planning process for strategic alignment
→Improve financial operations and processes
→Drive the adoption of financial tools and leverage AI to automate workflows
→Oversee System & Ops team development

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university in economics or quantitative field
✓10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance roles
✓Public company experience is a strong plus
✓Deep understanding of key accounting concepts
✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✓Extensive experience with Pigment or other relevant ERP solutions
✓Experience developing/automating management reports
✓Enthusiastic about leveraging new tools to increase efficiency
✓Proven track record of financial leadership in a fast-paced environment
✓Proficient with Excel and slides
✓Experience with large datasets, SQL, Tableau and other BI tools a plus
