About the Role
We are looking for a Developer Connections Manager Intern to join our team at Roblox. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with the creator community, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Foster and maintain relationships within the creator community.
- →Gather feedback from creators and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements.
- →Help creators identify opportunities for growth.
- →Share insights and reports with internal stakeholders on top experience roadmaps and pain points.
- →Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible work schedule and time off to ensure emergency coverage.
- →Communicate with product and engineering teams during creator emergencies.
- →Take a proactive approach to safety escalations by developing playbooks that help scale these interactions.
- →Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.
